As a Reseller of OrganizedTimes.com, you will earn a 30% sales commission for
all
products
sold on your website. Simply post our product information on your site or in
your newsletter, accept orders using your own shopping cart, forward a copy of
the order to OrganizedTimes.com, and then we'll deliver the product to your
customer. It's that easy! Since you send us a copy of each order and keep a
copy for yourself, record keeping is quite simple when it's time to pay us our
portion of the sales.
So
whether you have a fancy shopping cart in place or are just in the beginning
stages of setting up payment services on your website through Paypal, our
Reseller Program has a solution to fit your individual needs.

RESELLER AGREEMENT
By signing up as a reseller for the
OrganizedTimes.com Reseller Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Product sales and tracking are managed by
you, the reseller . Payments are due to OrganizedTimes.com
within ten (10) days of each monthly reporting period.

You will NEVER use spam practices to promote our services. Those who use spam will forfeit their status as
a reseller.

You do not officially represent Organizedtimes.com or By the Book Media in any way and have no decision-making
authority.

You are not an employee of By the Book Media or Organizedtimes.com, and as such, you will be responsible for filing your own taxes on any commissions you earn.

Resellers are paid 30% commission on paperbacks,
kits and tips sheet sales from your website.

You can't earn a commission on yourself. This means you can't sign up as
a reseller and then purchase a product to earn a commission on yourself.
By the way, it's very important to keep your contact information current (i.e. mailing address, email address).
Be sure to notify us if your information changes so that you can continue to get
updates on new products, changes of terms, and so forth. You can email us

Organizedtimes.com/By the Book Media reserves the right to change commission percentages, but will give
Resellers 30 days notice before doing so.
The Reseller or By the Book Media may discontinue this agreement for any reason.
Organizedtimes.com will give
30-days e-mail notice before
canceling this agreement (other than in cases which involve spam or illegal activities, where deactivation will be immediate).
