Debbie's Favorites
Over the years,
I've found some wonderful organizing resources and would like to share them with
you. No, I don't own stock in these companies, but I think that, like my clients
and workshop students, you'll enjoy using them in your home and office, too! Amy
Knapp's Family Organizer

The Family Organizer
is a wonderful planner for any busy family. At the beginning of the planner are a brief introduction and tips on optimizing its use, along with a new year's "Growth and Gratitude" journal. Not only does The Family Organizer include the usual calendar, things to do, and week-at-a-glance, but the publisher has even further organized you by providing a Grocery List, Menu Plan, and Growth and Gratitude for each week of the year. No more wondering what's for dinner! There are pages for Notes and a Quick Reference for addresses and phone numbers listed in the back.
What really makes this planner special is that it's a FAMILY organizer. Two full
pages of event stickers for you and your family to post in the book: birthdays, car service, school events, doctors' appointments, and red stickers for due dates.
I've used numerous agendas, calendars, and planning systems throughout my career as a professional organizer, but this is one of the most useful and effective books I've seen. It's simple, colorful, and small enough to toss into a purse or diaper bag. Thanks to The Family Organizer we'll have one less thing to worry about
this year and can focus on managing our families instead.

Trouve
Move
over Tupperware. Trouve' is
here to take its rightful place as Queen of the Containers in our newly
organized kitchens!
More than a storage container, Trouve' is eye
candy for your kitchen cabinets. As an organizing strategist, I make it a point
not to collect too many containers and lids for storing foods. But even with a
small supply of plastic containers, it takes up considerable space in my
cabinets. Trouve' lids store UNDER their bowls, and that means more space and
less clutter. For those of you who are always searching for the one lid to fit
the perfect bowl, there is hope. Trouve' not only solves your storage dilemma,
but conquers the chaos, too. They even have a lid-loss guarantee! Life is too
short to spend valuable time looking for containers for your family's meals. Let
the folks at Trouve' help you conquer the chaos in your cabinets so that you can
move on to the important things. Like
looking for those lost socks in the dryer.....
